0106(3): Staff person has been working for more than 3 months and has not completed childcare basics training. 0106(6): Multiple staff need to complete DCYF abusive head trauma training. 0106(8): Multiple staff have either not completed or have expired safe sleep training. 0106(10): One staff person has not completed blood-borne pathogen training. 0106(11): Staff do not have current first aid/CPR training. 0106(12) Multiple staff have either have not completed a food worker permit or the current permit is expired.
